• Shipping Costs - Wine: FREE SHIPPING on full case orders of 12, 24, or 36+ bottles. $10 flat rate shipping on any other quantity.
• Shipping Costs - Gourmet gifts and Pre-arranged Gift Baskets: $9.95 flat rate.
• Shipping Costs - Custom Gift Baskets: $19.95 flat rate also includes customization fee.
• Locations: PasoWines.com ships to the following states: Alaska, California, Idaho, Iowa, Louisiana, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, and West Virginia. If you reside in a state other than those listed here, please call us at (805) 239-9156 and we will recommend a third-party shipper that will be able to arrange for delivery of your purchase.
• Shipping Charges:  During check out, you will be asked to enter your address and zip code. Your shipping charges will then be displayed with your order. All freight charges include packaging materials.
• Shipping Address: To optimize timely delivery and preserve the integrity of your wine, we suggest specifying a shipping address where someone is present during delivery hours. For this reason, we highly recommend shipping to a business address. You must be 21 years of age to purchase wine from PasoWines.com. Proof of age will be required upon delivery.
• Shipping Time: Shipping time will vary based on your location and distance from California. Typical transit times range from 1-6 days. You will receive an email notice with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. 
• Inclement Weather: To preserve the integrity of your wine during extreme weather, your order may be held temporarily.

NOTICE: Title to, and ownership of, all wine is transferred from Wine Centre, Inc. to the purchaser in the State of California and the purchaser takes all responsibility for the shipping it from California to his/her home state. By arranging for transportation of the wine, Wine Centre, Inc. is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the purchaser. By utilizing this service from Wine Centre, Inc. the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of wine. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wine and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered and authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age.
