Hasley Cellars uses natural, old world methods to achieve their goal of producing the finest wines in the world. All their grapes are gently hand-picked. Wines are aged a minimum of twenty months in small French oak barrels. After reaching the proper level of maturity, they blend the wines to make a Bordeaux style blend.
