Ecluse

Ecluse is a small, boutique winery of Lock Vineyards, the creation of Steve and Pam Lock, known for producing some of Paso Robles most sought-after grapes. The Ecluse adventure began in 1997 when they purchased 30 beautiful acres of gently rolling hillside terrain on the much desired Westside of the Paso Robles AVA. Their grapes are carefully tended, gently hand harvested at their optimal peak and fermented in small open topped bins. The wines are then aged in French, American and Hungarian oak for 18 months at which time they are bottled and then aged for an additional 6 months in the bottle before release.
