In the early 1960's Sylvester Feichtinger purchased Rancho Robles. Originally used for raising beef cattle and hay production, Sylvester expanded the operation to include wine grapes, pomegranates and pistachios. There are 96 acres of pistachio trees. In the spring the trees have beautiful blossoms and the nuts are havested in the fall. Pistachios are high in antioxidants, phytosterol, and fiber. Perfect in gift baskets or on their own.

Pasolivo Olive Oil - California 500ml
Bright, sweetly green and gorgeously fruity, this California EVOO is made from Mission and Manzanillo olives (California varietals, and thus the name) that are handpicked from Pasolivo's Paso Robles orchard. They crush the olives immediately in their own olive mill, and leave the oil unfiltered before releasing it. The fruity, wheatgrass nature of this oil is beautiful. Use it to finish a dish or for dipping a crusty hunk of bread. Pour it over roasted peppers or fresh tomatoes with mozzarella. Good for up to 24 months, but best used early in its life.
