Robert Parker notes, "Composed of 80% Syrah, 15% Mourvedre, and 5% Grenache, the 2007 Nemesis exhibits plenty of sweet black and red fruits interwoven with notions of spring flowers, crushed rocks, roasted herbs, and a blood-like juiciness. Sweet tannins, beautiful density and texture, a full-bodied mouthfeel, and good freshness as well as delineation suggest this 2007 will evolve easily for a decade or more."
